What the requests look like
Plumbing requests cover the jobs you already know from Cypriot homes: a leak under the kitchen sink or behind a wall, a blocked shower or toilet, no hot water from the solar heater on the roof, a pressure pump that cuts in and out, or a water tank that needs replacing. Others are planned work, such as a new bathroom, swapping a bath for a walk-in shower or fitting a kitchen sink and dishwasher after a renovation. Each request says the city and area, what the problem is, how urgent it is and the type of property, and customers can attach a photo of the fitting or the damage. That lets you judge the parts and the time involved before you phone, and decide whether to go today or book it for later in the week.

Will I get urgent jobs?
Customers tell us when they need the work, from today to flexible. The request shows this, so you can call the urgent ones first when you are free and skip them when you are not.
Do requests include solar heater and pump work?
Yes. Customers can choose solar water heater repair and pressure pumps and tanks in the form, as well as leaks, drains and installs.
Can I say I do not take bathroom refits?
Yes. Pick only the job types you want in the “About your work” box, for example repairs and emergencies but no full installs.
What if the customer’s description is wrong?
It happens. Call, ask your own questions and ask for a photo before you quote. You are never obliged to take a job after speaking to the customer.
Do I need to cover the whole island?
No. Choose only the cities you work in, for example Limassol and Paphos. Requests from other cities are not sent to you, so you do not lose time on calls about jobs too far away to reach.
Is it free to join?

Do you take a commission?
No. You quote the customer and they pay you directly. We never take a commission on the job price. Ergo is free during launch, with 30 days’ notice before any fees.
Can I choose my cities and how much work I get?
Yes. You pick the services and cities you cover and tell us how many new jobs you can take each week.
How will I receive requests?
Once we’ve reviewed your sign-up, we send matching requests by WhatsApp, phone or email, including the customer’s contact details, which they have agreed to share.
How do I stop receiving requests?
Email us or reply STOP to any message and we stop sending you requests.
What do you do with my details?
We use them to send you requests and run your account. See our privacy policy for what we keep and for how long.
