What the requests look like

Electrical requests include breakers that trip whenever the air conditioning or the water heater comes on, sockets that have stopped working, new lights inside and outside, fuse board upgrades, rewiring in older apartments, EV charger installs for homes with parking, and inspections or certificates needed for a sale, a rental or an EAC connection. Customers describe the fault or the work, the type and age of the property, and when they need it done, and they can add a photo of the board or the fitting. You call them, ask the questions you need to quote safely, and arrange a visit if the job needs one. Under Cyprus law, electrical work has to be carried out by a person registered with the Electrical and Mechanical Services Department (ΤΗΜ) who holds a certificate of competence and a current annual registration certificate.
