Where they know it, yes. Many describe the rooms and openings, and you can confirm sizes on a site visit.
Can I get flyscreen and shutter jobs only?
Yes. Choose just those job types when you sign up, and change them later from your profile.
What about apartment building rules?
Customers in apartments may need the building manager’s agreement for changes to the outside. You can remind them when you call.
What do you need from me to start?
Your name or business name, a phone number customers can reach, the areas you cover and the work you do. Photos of past installations help when customers call you back.
Is it free to join?

Do you take a commission?
No. You quote the customer and they pay you directly. We never take a commission on the job price. Ergo is free during launch, with 30 days’ notice before any fees.
Can I choose my cities and how much work I get?
Yes. You pick the services and cities you cover and tell us how many new jobs you can take each week.
How will I receive requests?
Once we’ve reviewed your sign-up, we send matching requests by email, with the details in your Ergo dashboard, including the customer’s contact details, which they have agreed to share.
How do I stop receiving requests?
Email us at hello@ergocy.com and we stop sending you requests. You can also turn off request emails in your dashboard settings.
What do you do with my details?
We use them to send you requests and run your account. See our privacy policy for what we keep and for how long.
