Work that involves refrigerant gas, such as refills, repairs on the gas circuit and new installations, has to be done by people holding the certification required under the EU F-gas Regulation (EU) 2024/573.

Yes. Lower your weekly capacity by email at any time and we send fewer new requests until you raise it again.
Do I need an F-gas certificate?
For any work on the refrigerant circuit, yes: you need the certification required under the EU F-gas Regulation (EU) 2024/573. Tell us about your licences when you join; customers may ask to see them. If you only clean and service units, choose those job types.
Will I get heat pump and ducted system work?
Customers can choose central or ducted systems and heat pumps in the form. Pick them when you sign up if you do that work, or leave them out if you only handle split units.
Is it free to join?

Do you take a commission?
No. You quote the customer and they pay you directly. We never take a commission on the job price. Ergo is free during launch, with 30 days’ notice before any fees.
Can I choose my cities and how much work I get?
Yes. You pick the services and cities you cover and tell us how many new jobs you can take each week.
How will I receive requests?
Once we’ve reviewed your sign-up, we send matching requests by WhatsApp, phone or email, including the customer’s contact details, which they have agreed to share.
How do I stop receiving requests?
Email us or reply STOP to any message and we stop sending you requests.
