Is it really free?
Yes. Free during launch. We may introduce fees later; we’ll give at least 30 days’ notice and fees will apply only after you accept them. Nothing is charged without your agreement, and we never take a commission on the job price.
Ergo is new. How many requests will I get?
We are just starting, so we can’t promise a number yet. Requests depend on what customers in your trade and area ask for. We will tell you honestly how it is going.
Do you take a commission on jobs?
No. You quote the customer and they pay you directly. We never take a commission on the job price and we don’t manage the job.
How many pros get each request?
Each request goes to 3 pros by default, never more than 5 (up to 5 only in trades or areas with few active pros).
How will I receive requests?
Once we’ve confirmed your details, we’ll send matching requests by WhatsApp, phone or email, including the customer’s contact details, which they have agreed to share.
Can I choose which requests I get?
Yes. You only get requests for the services and cities you pick, and you can tell us how many new jobs you can handle each week.
